QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma is required. Training and experience in field preferred. General knowledge of HIV and HIV prevention. Skills in oral communication and interpersonal relationships. Capable of working independently and having good organizational and critical thinking skills. Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, discretion, and to sustain confidential relationships with clients. Must learn to apply agency, personnel/program policies and procedures to fulfill stipulations of the grant contract.
