ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative assistance for both business and personal tasks as needed
- Maintain executive’s business and personal appointments/calendars
- Develop a system for scheduling all meetings
- Email management and organization
- Prepare presentations and/or spreadsheets
- Take notes at all meetings and keep consistent records
- Project assistance/coordination
- Event planning and coordination
- There will be many other duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 hours per day = 30 hours per week with some evenings and weekends (we will let you know schedule in advance)
- In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A fast and reliable internet connection
- Smartphone with email capabilities
- Designated professional, quiet space
NOTES

- This position is currently remote, however, candidate must be located in Denver for future in-person office meetings as the need arises. We will not require in-person tasks until it is safe to do so, per the strictest COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations.
- Pay is $22.00 per hour
- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Position/contract is to begin April, 2021 and continue through December, 2021 with option to renew at Founder’s discretion
- Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement mandatory for job acceptance
