The consumer marketing team are responsible for maximising the profitability of the circulation business whilst increasingly focusing on diversifying our consumer revenue streams. This includes all aspects from pricing, acquisition marketing, e-commerce and retention, as well as developing our digital routes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The CRM Marketing Executive will support the team on driving lead generation, converting our unknown audiences to known audiences and enriching our existing known but non-marketable audiences across the Hearst database.
As the CRM Marketing Executive you will be heavily involved in the execution and analysis for all activity to grow the Hearst permissioned audience. Responsible for the set up in driving data into the Hearst database through various channel sources, using an array of campaign tactics.
- Responsible for the set-up of all data capture Selligent forms for all data growth activity looking for efficiencies to reduce set up time.
- Works closely with the data team ensuring all existing and new data sources are fed into the database and all feeds are automated.
- Support the senior manager on the day to day running of the Hearst data growth plan and specific data acquisition plans to support each Hearst product and service – subscriptions, beauty boxes, events, holidays – measuring costs per leads and newsletter and marketable leads.
- Work with the CRM team to understand the most responsive channel sources and campaign tactics that drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensures all data capture forms and permission statements are streamlined across the business. Ensure end to end lead gen journey is optimised from data capture, to confirmation and welcome triggers.
- Work on setting up and optimising all new lead gen trigger comms, ensuring all new leads receive a personalised and tailored trigger email, upselling where relevant and possible.
- Work with the CRM team to ensure all new leads are exposed to all relevant brand extensions and upsold Hearst products.
ABOUT YOU
- You will have ESP / CRM platform experience ie. Selligent or other
- A background in marketing and data
- You will ideally have experience with data growth / lead generation
- Basic HTML and SQL knowledge or exposure
