ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Diversity & Belonging Lead you will be a key influencer inside and outside of Hearst UK. You will help create, successfully deliver and promote our diversity and belonging strategy in line with business objectives and values, aided by robust internal and external data. Reporting to the Head of People you will advise and support D&B initiatives and interventions.  You will also support, build and facilitate internal diversity and belonging networks and support existing employee-led forums to thrive and drive real change.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience of leading a diversity and inclusion strategy
  • Great at developing strong professional relationships with senior leaders.
  • Experience of creating and managing project plans to support effective implementation of programs and initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage different audiences;
  • Proven organisational skills including meetings and event management
  • Good networking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and materials with discretion
  • Demonstrable ability to persuade and influence
