Full-Time Enterprise Account Manager
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners has partnered with an exclusive start-up in the Tech space to find their next Enterprise Account Manager! This is a permanent position with a competitive salary starting at $175k and is overtime eligible. Although this role is remote during COVID-19, applicants must be within a commutable range of San Francisco, CA. If you are a self-starter with a passion for SaaS, big data, new categories, and artificial intelligence – this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow existing customer accounts
- Build and own relationships with enterprise accounts to establish yourself as a trusted partner
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with customers
- Serve as an external product consultant educating clients on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles at SaaS companies
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to receive and incorporate feedback
- Comfortable with a constantly changing and evolving startup environment
- Experience with increasing revenue and adoption from existing accounts
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can drive strong commercial outcomes for both Retain and our Clients
- Software Skills: G-Suite, SFDC, Outreach.io, LinkedIn, Salesloft
