Part-Time Personal Assistant
Job Description
Two creative industry professionals seek a highly organized, professional Personal Assistant to work part-time at Culver City Residence.
PA will be responsible for organizing files, scheduling appointments, assisting with travel arrangements, drafting communication materials, running errands, as well as performing other tasks in and out of the residence as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, will possess or be in pursuit of a higher education degree, maintain a flexible schedule, and be able to prioritize tasks and obligations.
Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
-Respond to and organize emails
-Organize, scan, and file physical and digital documents
-Manage home and office filing system
-Plan, arrange and schedule appointments and events
-Arrange travel schedules, corresponding rentals and/or watching over residence when out of town
-Manage various internal projects (not limited to coordinating with home contractors)
-Help conduct and maintain a reliable web presence as needed
Personal Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
-LGBTQ conscious
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2 or 4 years higher education degree (in-process accepted)
-2+ years of professional administrative experience (preferred)
-Fluent in Spanish as a 2nd language (preferred)
-More than basic knowledge of Film Industry
-Proficient with Microsoft Office or equivalent, and common office equipment
-Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
-Knowledge of To-do and Task management programs (GTD a plus)
-Comfortable with Spreadsheets/databases (Contacts, basic accounting/bookkeeping, etc.)
-Willingness to learn and utilize new and/or better-suited software and technology
-Strong work ethic and very mindful of deadlines
-Tact and discretion with all dealings
-Strong attention to details
-Cat and dog friendly
This is a part-time, contract, hourly position, with potential for full-time employment in the
