Full-Time Teller at Client Services Office
Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION: As a member of the Client Services Office (CSO), the Teller greets clients at the teller window to serve their banking needs, deliver their mail, provide ORCA Lift enrollment, and provide referrals and information about emergency services. The Teller is an important CSO team member who works closely with Case Managers and other program staff to provide effective and compassionate support to our homeless and low income client population. This is a unionized position, represented by Local 8 of the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU). ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Located in Pioneer Square, our Client Services Office (CSO) provides free mail, Payee Case Management, ORCA Lift cards and banking services for homeless and low-income people. For those who are homeless, a mailing address provides stability and the opportunity to apply for benefits, seek employment, access resources and exercise the right to vote. One of our most basic services, access to the CSO is available on a drop-in basis during regular business hours.
