Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex PMO initiatives, manage schedules and risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery in a compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive status reporting and executive communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and project deliverables
- Support business readiness, compliance, and stakeholder alignment
Required Skills and Certification:
- Strong experience in project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, and SDLC
- Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Excellent communication, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills and Certification:
- PMP certification
- Experience in healthcare, LTC programs, or state/federal projects
