Pay: USD 35–40 per hour
Schedule: Full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (40 hours per week)

MiPrep.AI brings an AI interview copilot, personalized interview preparation and mock interviews into one platform. Built around a candidate’s resume and target job description and trained on over 30,000 Fortune 500 interviews, it helps people prepare answers that reflect their own experience.
Job Overview
MiPrep helps candidates prepare for interviews with greater clarity and confidence. We are looking for curious, motivated UI/UX Designer Interns to contribute to useful, clear interview-preparation experiences. This paid internship offers practical experience through collaboration, reviews and hands-on problem-solving.
What You’ll Work On
– Develop user flows, wireframes and interface design concepts.
– Refine interview-preparation and mock-interview experiences with product colleagues.
– Help review usability feedback and identify sources of user friction.
– Improve visual consistency, responsive behavior and accessibility.
– Collaborate with engineers on design handoff and review implemented experiences.
