  • Expense & Administrative Oversight: Reconcile corporate expense reports, track administrative budgets, and liaise with the accounting department.
  • Project Support: Facilitate special initiatives and cross-departmental projects on behalf of the leadership team, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role, preferably within financial services, insurance, legal, or professional corporate environments.
  • Proven track record of handling highly confidential and sensitive business information with the utmost discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with digital scheduling and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
  • Superior organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities; comfortable prioritizing tasks independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an anticipatory approach to executive support.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and based in the Calgary area.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits program.
  • Paid time off and flexible personal days.
