Cooperative Purchasing Specialist
Full-Time
Job Description
The WiLS Cooperative Purchasing Specialist plays a key role in managing member needs and vendor relationships within our close-knit, mission-driven nonprofit. As part of a collaborative 14-person team, this position serves as a primary point of contact for cooperative purchasing program participants – primarily libraries and cultural organizations – ensuring timely service with all of their purchasing needs. This role requires adaptability, strong communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative approach to advancing the organization’s mission.
We are a remote team with a local heart. Because our staff travels frequently to support organizations across Wisconsin, we are seeking candidates who live in-state or within a commutable distance.
