Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Determine portion sizes and estimate food costs
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, including pizzas and related items
• Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and safe handling practices
• Maintain inventory and keep records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment

Work Setting

• On-site position; all duties must be performed at the physical location
