Lionheart Real Estate LLC is a Dubai-based company under British management, with over 30 years of international and Dubai market experience, looking for motivated Freelance Property Consultants based in the UK and Europe to sell high-quality properties across Dubai, Georgia, London and Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property and investment requirements
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, investment potential, and market trends
- Promote and market properties through digital platforms, social media, and professional networks
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to successful closing
- Build and maintain a strong and organised client database
- Stay informed on market developments and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good sales and closing ability
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and hardworking
- Freshers are also welcome – full training will be provided
