Elliscox Oil & Gas Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE professional to join our team over here in UK. As an HSE professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our operations. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading company in the mining, resources, and energy industry.

What you’ll be doing.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate identified risks.
Providing training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices
Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture across the organisation.
Continuously monitoring and improving HSE performance through data analysis and reporting.

What we’re looking for.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the mining, resources, or energy industry.
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE management systems.
Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in occupational health and safety, environmental management, or a related field would be an advantage.
