Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports the independently incorporated Planned Parenthood affiliates, which operate non-profit health centers across the U.S. PPFA also works to educate the public on and advocate for issues of sexual and reproductive health. Formed as the advocacy arm of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Planned Parenthood Action Fund is a separate non-profit membership organization tax-exempt under section 501(c)(4). The Action Fund engages in educational, advocacy, and limited electoral activity, including grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy, and voter education in furtherance of the Planned Parenthood mission. Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund (Action Fund) seek a Digital Project Manager to provide operational, administrative, and project management support for content team campaign work across PPFA (C3) and Action Fund (C4) channels. This job reports to the Director, Social Media, Advocacy in the Content, Culture, and Events department. The Content and Culture team carries out Planned Parenthood’s strategy to increase the visibility and utility of Planned Parenthood by creating medically accurate, engaging content and executing interdepartmental online campaigns, as well as fighting back against political or administrative attacks on our health care or the services Planned Parenthood health centers provide.
This role is expected to begin in February 2026 and end in December 2026.
Salary: $87,000 – $90,000 a year
Travel: 0-15% domestic
