RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Travel & Logistics — Own travel, scheduling, policies, points
  • Budget — Track against forecasts, find cost savings for scaling
  • Events — Plan retreats, community events, Proton socials
  • Documentation — Post-event retros, event playbooks
  • Webinars — Host calls, educate, answer questions
  • Cross-Functional — Free up directors, ad-hoc EA support
  • Systems & Process Design — Scalable workflows, playbooks, templates
  • Program Management — Multi-workstream programs, clear outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
  • Global travel exp. (multiple continents) + planning expertise
  • Travel hacking exp.
  • Budgeting exp.
  • Event planning track record
  • Webinar & video call facilitation
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Strong empathy — patient, warm
  • Adaptable to all personality types
  • Cross-cultural communication — works across cultures with sensitivity
