POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Inside Sales Manager to lead strategic inside sales initiatives while directly managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role blends hands-on account management, partner development, and revenue leadership, with responsibility for key dealer networks, strategic carrier relationships, OEM partnerships, and a defined territory in Canada.
A DAY IN THIS ROLE MAY INCLUDE
– Growing and managing strategic dealer accounts
– Working with Verizon and other national wireless carriers
– Managing RV OEM relationships
– Supporting automotive OEM programs including Toyota and Jeep/Mopar
– Managing a defined Canadian territory
– Driving new business development
– Managing forecasts, pipeline, and CRM accuracy
– Partnering cross-functionally
– Attending trade shows and partner events
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
– Proven experience managing dealer networks, carriers, or OEM relationships
– Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
– Executive-level communication capability
– High accountability and proactive leadership style
THIS ROLE MAY BE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE
– 5+ years of sales or account management experience
– Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, RV, or wireless industries
– Track record of exceeding revenue targets
– CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
– Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including domestic and occasional international travel (Canada)
