Detailed Description:
In the Product Developer role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product development process, from market research and defining user requirements to coordinating with design, development and marketing departments to ensure the final product is of the highest quality and meets market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the market to identify new trends and product development opportunities.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
- Work closely with the design and development team to turn ideas into real products.
- Organize meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust products to user needs.
- Responsible for product documentation, including product descriptions, specifications, and user guides.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance after launch, recommending improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- College degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of game development processes and related technologies.
