Are you a skilled professional with experience in State Human Resources, Classification, and Pay? We’re looking for an expert to join our team!
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation and guidance on Requests for Personnel Action (RPA) within our Classification and Pay Unit.
- Review and analyze complex RPA packages to ensure positions are correctly classified and allocated.
- Research and interpret California civil service laws, rules, and policies to support management with classification allocation, organizational changes, and staffing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with CalHR’s Best Hiring Practices by overseeing recruitment and hiring documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between HCAI and various control agencies.
