THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Membership Program Manager for DMCouncil, DMGroup’s membership community, to support ongoing program management and high quality experiences and benefits for our members. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned project manager with an interest in working in a mission-driven organization committed to driving transformational change in public education. The Program Manager is a team player who can successfully multi-task and is willing to roll up their sleeves to deliver superior results, committed to getting things right the first time with superior follow-through on tasks. S/he/they are a self-driven and inquisitive individual who enjoys learning and taking on new responsibilities and demonstrates flexibility in handling a variety of responsibilities with confidence and poise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Membership program maintenance and management:
new member onboarding, renewal billing, member engagement tracking;
maintaining membership database in Salesforce;
updating membership growth and retention reports.
Member communications, outreach, and customer service:
prepare and deliver monthly member newsletter via HubSpot;
write, design and execute emails and physical mailings informing members of member resources and upcoming conferences and convenings. * Membership conference management and promotion:
venue research, selection, and contract negotiation;
creating and populating conference and convening registration sites;
working with Marketing function to develop promotional materials and execute attendee recruitment campaigns;
program content management; and
managing all logistics leading up to and onsite at conferences and convenings.
QUALIFICATIONS

5-7 years of professional experience, preferably in roles with a focus on either program or project management
Experience in membership, subscriber marketing or conference management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google’s G suite, experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Bizzabo, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior client-facing and customer service skills and aptitude
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
