Working under the leadership of the Head of People and Culture, the People and Culture Officer plays a fundamental role in ensuring our team remains motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver our charity’s objectives. This pivotal role is designed to shape and uphold a vibrant and inclusive culture that aligns with our values and mission.
This role requires flexibility, resilience, initiative, willingness to learn and discretion.
If you have a proven track record of driving and advocating for People and Culture initiatives, adeptness in managing sensitive and confidential information, strong organisational and communication skills, and a proactive approach in navigating change, this role might be perfect for you.
