Full-Time Outbound Business Account Representative
Job Description
Sparklight is looking for outgoing and motivated Outbound Business Account Representatives to join our growing team! As an Outbound Business Account Representative, you will sell Sparklight services to small and medium sized businesses.

What would your day look like?
-Calling our current business customers to see if they would be interested in upgrading their services.
-Calling potential customers to sell them Sparklight services.
-Entering new customer data in Sales Force.
-Answering customer’s questions regarding Sparklight services.
What you’ll need:
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Associate’s degree (A.A.) preferred.
-We are looking for outgoing individuals! Be able to to direct conversations and close sales.
-Some customers require a little ‘push’ to commit – be persistent even after a hard refusal/rejection.
We would love if you had:
-Experience/understanding of telecommunications business.
-Prior sales experience.
-Ability to speak fluent Spanish.
