Scout & Cellar is looking a for a number of REMOTE Customer Support professionals to join our team and support our customers and consultants!

A Scout & Cellar Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for all consultants and customers to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service. This position requires an empathetic, action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist our awesome customers and consultants with issues and questions. You will communicate with customers and consultants primarily via chat and email and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast-paced environment.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Handle customer and consultant questions, concerns, order and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve issues with one contact.
  • Provide best-in-class service levels via online chat, phone, and e-mail.
  • Follow up and provide thorough, closed-loop service on issues that cannot be addressed in a single contact.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, returns, and other account items.
  • Collaborate with other contact center professionals to improve customer service.
  • Appropriately document all cases, transactions, and pertinent interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Here’s what you must bring to the table:

  • 2-5 years customer service experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Direct selling experience is a plus.
  • Good IT Skills with Word, CRM, email and other cloud-based software platforms.
  • Stellar communication and comprehension skills- ability to clearly understand issues and offer an appropriate solution in a clear and concise manner.
  • Empathetic and passionate about helping others and creating an experience every time that leaves the customer or consultant feeling great about Scout & Cellar.
  • Able to cope with a fast paced, ever changing environment and to maintain composure in highly escalated situations.
  • Works well within a team and cross-functionally, but is self-sufficient and motivated.
  • Schedule Availibility: 8-10 hour shifts between 7am – 7pm
