Job Description
The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will engage Y child care participants and inquiring families in order to serve their needs and share information regarding child care programs.
- You will support new childcare enrollments, parent inquiries and process scholarships.
- You will use your passion to serve others to help serve staff, members, guests, volunteers, and programs participants in person and over the phone.
- You will be an important part of making an impact on the community you love.
- You will also assist the staff leadership team in reaching Annual Campaign goals through annual giving, major gifts, and/or endowment by telling the Y story and raising charitable dollars to fulfill the mission.
Are you a good fit?
- You know how to provide great customer service.
- You have at least two years of customer service, sales, or related experience.
- You are comfortable with computers, office equipment, Microsoft 365 and are quick to pick up new software programs or processes.
- You have excellent written and oral skills.
- You are proactive and know how to get things done.
- You have a positive attitude and previous experience with diverse populations.
- Able and willing to complete Child Abuse Prevention training on the first day and other online and in-person training as required.
Wage: $16.50-18.50 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
