We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, Administration and Planning to join our OPTISM (Operations, Payments, Treasury, Issuer Services, Markets) team. This role is located in Manchester, UK with a hybrid work model.

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Facilitate Training and Guidance to Operations teams.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Working with users and peers on planning, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications. Uses knowledge of business needs to provide design support to software and application development teams.
  • Supporting testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems.  Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution.
  • Uses basic knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY Mellon corporate policies involving risk and control to support the development of improved business processes through technology.
  • No direct reports.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 6 – 8 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Technical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge on Payments domain viz Global Clearing channels, SWIFT Message types i.e., MTXXX and MX or ISO20022, Electronic payment workflows etc. is required
