SALARY: $31,290-$45,371
LOCATION: All Campus Centers
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
Duties and Responsibilities
The Testing Coordinator is responsible for the operational duties related to the College Testing Centers. Leads front line staff and personally provides customer service for internal and external customers.
The individual filling this position is expected to play a positive role in helping the College change as necessary to effectively carryout its mission.
- Works closely with the Director in overseeing the current daily operations of testing at all NWFSC campus locations.
- Maintains current knowledge of tests administered at all centers, such as PERT, HESI, TABE, DSST, CLEP, Pearson VUE, and FAA testing, as well as any other testing programs that the College participates in
- Administers, proctors, scores, and transmits results of all tests administered by the Testing Center.
- Regularly travels to other sites to proctor, train, and oversee testing operations.
- Provides timely feedback to Supervisor concerning employee performance for coaching and retraining purposes.
- Positively represents the College through consistent, courteous, and professional customer service.
- Works collaboratively with faculty and peers to support student success.
- Completes testing reports, timesheets, and other specialist projects or duties as assigned.
- As a part of the college’s risk management tool annual mandatory compliance training is required.
- Provides instructional guidance with test parameters and certification processes.
- Aids candidates in locating test preparation materials and resources.
- Refers candidates to academic intervention as needed.
- Collaborates with accommodations team to provide appropriates access and ensures fair access for students
- Works to provide access via accommodation technologies.
- Aid in candidate success by referring to the appropriate faculty when needed.
- As a part of the college’s risk management tool annual mandatory compliance training is required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience
- Ability to prioritize and assign work; keep accurate records and prepare detailed reports.
- Demonstrated experience in working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Ability use various computer software applications including Microsoft Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service.
- Ability to deal with the general public to include students and faculty in a positive and effective manner.
- Experience in postsecondary education to include familiarity with testing protocol preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
- Demonstrated experience with managing problems independently and thinking through solutions.
