Road Map:
Bestpass is looking for a marketing manager to join our team to help us achieve our revenue targets for customers and bring our customer engagement to the next level! In this position, you will collaborate to develop and implement communication strategies across two of our brands, this role will have a B2B audience and a B2C audience and will work closely with our product marketing, customer service, customer success, and operation teams.
What Your Ride Will Look Like:
- We have new products (permits, taxes, and a new portal) for our customers, and we want to figure out the right way to talk about them and upsell them along with the right communication cadence for our customers. You will set the strategy and track towards out monthly cross-sell goals working with product marketing manager.
- We want to build out our content marketing strategy, what content do we want to create monthly and then how can you execute on it. You will write new content (white papers, blogs, new videos) and should be comfortable creating content in collaboration with our senior graphic designer.
- Our customers rely on our customer service and customer success teams and collaborating with them to build out a strategy will be important part of success in this role.
- You will build out a partner program that helps onboard new partners and customers working directly with outside partners to provide marketing materials and assets to grow our relationships.
- We believe nothing is ever perfect and we want you to constantly strive to improve results by planning and executing optimization tests.
Show Off what You Have:
- Between 4-6 years of experience in partner marketing, retention marketing, or channel marketing.
- Strong writing skills. Once you understand our products and differentiation, you will tackle writing our content for our blog, white papers, and website content.
- Collaboration. We have customers service, customer success, and account management teams that all work with our customers. This role will set the strategy for marketing our customers and work with the teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Excellent project management. Do you use project management tools currently? We use Wrike to track the progress of every project and coordinate our marketing team. This role will work with our senior graphic designer to finalize white papers, or create graphics, and a marketing coordinate to send emails.
- Reporting. Experience with analytics and building out a customer marketing strategy with user segmentation. This role will report on its own campaigns and the performance.
- Required to have knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and a project management tool such as Wrike.
- Travel required 3-4 times a year at minimum.
