You’ll:
- Develop construction schedules from a mixture of early stage and developed design information.
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines such as design, cost, risk and construction specialists.
- Create documentation for schedule outputs including calculation sheets, rate tables, assumption logs and summary presentations.
- Manage the whole project cycle interfaces including procurement, contents, depended project etc.
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years planning experience working on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects
- Proficient Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge and experience in all elements of construction (civils and MEP)
- Excellent communication skills, including English language and visual presentations (e.g. PowerPoint), with the ability to analyse and present information clearly and persuasively
