Job Description
Summary/Objective
The Recruiter’s purpose is to identify, source, qualify, present and place candidates in contract and direct hire jobs with MAU’s clients. Proactively build and nurture a vast network of candidates in respective discipline(s) and market(s). Foster an environment of honesty, teamwork and a sense of urgency with account management, business development and recruiting colleagues.
Essential Functions
- Partner with account managers to provide creative recruitment solutions to meet clients’ hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)
- Develops and implements sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates.
- Schedule interviews between customers and candidates as appropriate.
- Prepare candidates for job interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and account managers after interviews.
- Present job offers and negotiate as necessary.
- Utilize MAU’s applicant tracking system to effectively manage recruiting workflow/process.
- Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in contract and direct hire recruitment.
- Meet/exceed annual total gross margin goals.

- Bachelor’s Degree

There are no direct supervisory responsibilities. The highest performers will be team players who are well-versed in mentoring.

Work Environment or Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Further, this job may require occasional presence at customer sites, both in administrative and manufacturing environments. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-temperature controlled environments to GMP clean room required.

- Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
