We are looking for a talented Calibration Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering Function for our Corporate Organization in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Provide guidance to team members in accomplishing deliverables and expanding knowledge base on controls systems, calibration development and release process
• Potentially manage contract resource(s), as needed
• GLOBAL POSITION PROFILE QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
• BS or MS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 year experience in related field/industry
• Strong people skills and effective written/verbal communication skills (including presentation) are essential
• Experience with calibration development, and knowledge of calibration schedule management and release preferred
• Calibration Tools (Calterm III, Calbert, POM, CDM, CANape) experience a plus, knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink are required
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required. Post-graduate (Master’s) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles.
• Prior entry level engineering equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area is required. Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred
• Support calibration development and integration for assigned program(s): help manage content integrations, evaluate assigned features, and support calibration milestone and design reviews
• Participate as a key contributor to Calibration and Diagnostic Team deliverables, process improvements and initiatives
• Supports/leads Calibration and Diagnostic FE work and initiatives for Core 2 and CSAR, including 6S project improvements and ESW 95101 updates

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
