Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Legal Operations Manager to join our team. This role is 100% remote with yearly or quarterly travel for meetings and conferences.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Manage, develop, and implement project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partnering with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion
• Leading multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project
• Working with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals
• Designing project plans, developing timelines, and identifying project milestones, and tracking performance against performance goals and timeline
• Monitoring and communicating project status to project team
• Planning and monitoring project budgets, conducting research and analysis; providing input into the design and development of project plans and timelines
• Managing project risk; using quality tools to identify areas of risk; working with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions
• Documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams; draws on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project
• Maintaining project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on status of specific projects and assignments
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, BA or equivalent degree required with a focus in Business, finance, organizational management or another applicable area
• A minimum of 5 years applicable and relevant experience
• Experience working with outside vendors, identifying, and selecting software tools
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
