Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Senior Cybersecurity Technical Lead to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate Business Segment in Columbus, IN / remote location within the United States.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Manage software and systems engineering and software systems research to develop new capabilities, ensuring cybersecurity is fully integrated. Manage comprehensive technology research to evaluate potential vulnerabilities in cyberspace systems. Lead cross-functional teams to develop technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and/or develop appropriate solutions technology.
• Integrate and align cybersecurity system configurations to ensure system performance meets documented requirements.
• Conduct system engineering and research to develop new solutions that ensure cybersecurity controls are fully integrated into the enterprise to support business goals.
• Design hardware, operating systems, and software applications to adequately address cybersecurity requirements.
• Oversee and manage authorized penetration testing on enterprise assets.
• Provide input for financial management including AOP, budget management, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation and financial forecasting.
• Responsible for the management of employees, contractors and other staff as well as resources to achieve near-term and strategic goals.
• Collaborate on work plan development, produces performance management documentation and identify professional development and training for the manager and direct reports.
• Mentor, coach and develop less experienced team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject, or relevant experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity work experience is required. 2 years of experience with Cloud technology and concepts preferred.
• This position has the option to be remote, hybrid, or on-site.
• Significant relevant experience with leading the engineering, operations, and maintenance of some of the following capabilities:
• Firewall
• Secure Internet Gateway/SASE
• IDS/IPS
• Micro-segmentation
• SIEM
• Event Automation/SOAR
• Cybersecurity Monitoring Capabilities for Cloud and On-Premise Workloads
• Email Security Gateway
• Data Loss Prevention
• Microsoft 365
• Linux and Windows Operating Systems
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
