Starting Wage: $63,066+ annually-DOE
Hours: Full Time, Exempt

Would you like to enhance the membership experience and membership needs of the branches and program areas? Would you be great at providing guidance and support to identify, prioritize, and implement activities designed to meet local goals and objectives? As the Association Member Experience Director, you will supervise a team of member engagement professionals working in partnership with branch operation, program and association cabinet teams. You will also lead the Association Engagement Center to be a resource and a role model of excellence in service.

Are you a good fit?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing, human services or social services, OR equivalent experience.
- You have six or more years of experience in sales, marketing, customer relations or related field, preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit agency.
- You have demonstrated ability and fluency in supervision, process and data development and improvement, development and monitoring of budgets, marketing and public relations, and communication.
- YMCA Team Leader or Multi-team/Branch Leader certification preferred.
- Current CPR for the Professional, AED, First Aid and Oxygen certifications, or the ability to obtain within 60 days.
- Able and willing to complete Child Abuse Prevention training and other online or in-person training as required.
