As (Senior) ASO Manager, you are eager to drive organic and paid growth within the User Acquisition activities at Freeletics. You will be responsible for analysing store presence, identifying areas for improvement, as well as driving the store acquisition growth, visibility and conversions. Your responsibilities

  • Lead the ASO strategy at Freeletics in order to drive organic and paid downloads through various ASO processes
  • Perform keyword research, implementation and analysis
  • Run tests to improve store performance
  • Create state-of-the-art store page, manage optimization of reviews, images, videos and all relevant store assets
  • Report ASO results and achievements to internal stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, e.g. Apple and Google
  • Align with the paid user acquisition team to assess the interdependence between paid and organic
  • Generate outstanding copies and brief localization team for storefront assets
  • Drive and communicate initiatives and opportunities to be tested and implemented
  • Develop market trend analysis in order to understand industry and company level performance
  • Perform reviews sentiment analysis to share with internal stakeholders in order to improve our user experience

Your profile

  • University degree in business administration, marketing management, or other business studies. Technical background is a plus
  • +3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a startup environment
  • Excellent knowledge of App Store Connect/Play Store Developer Console
  • Deep understanding of ASO analytics
  • Solid analytical, data-driven and performance-oriented skills, with ability to recognize patterns and derive valuable conclusions
  • Extensive A/B testing experience with App/Google Play Stores’ assets
  • Sound knowledge in ASA with a hands-on background in SEO is a plus
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in an international environment
  • Resilient and able to think through when faced with challenging situation
  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, other languages are a plus
