IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Act as the technical voice during the sales process (pre & post-sales).
- Onboard new customers by owning the technical integration of our cloud-based voice products.
- Support customers on a day-to-day basis, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage customer configurations.
- Build and maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with your customers.
- Draft and update technical documentation related to the infrastructure, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of our product and customer projects.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE:
- Passionate about telecommunications and the new era of cloud-based telephony
- Know the ins and outs of IP protocols (TCP, UDP, TLS, etc.)
- Experienced with deploying third-party applications on phone systems (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Mitel, Asterisk, etc.).
- Experts at troubleshooting and debugging technical issues (PSTN, SIP, etc.), and love to dive into solutions by “sitting down and figuring it out”.
- Skilled at partnering with both technical and non-technical customers to explain, implement, or troubleshoot product-related items.
- Proud of their relationship-based approach to all areas of the customer journey.
