Job Description
To join the Organizational Learning & Development team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Learning Partner, Immunology
As Learning Partner, Immunology, you will lead the management of locally specific Learning and Development programs that fit commercial business needs for UCB’s US Immunology business unit.
You like to work in an environment where you can:
- Act as a trusted Learning Partner to local internal customers
- Lead and mentor Training Managers in execution of new hire and continuous learning capabilities
- Ideate and develop learning experience project proposals for development
- Execute Learning Experience Projects end-to-end, from initial learning needs assessments to implementation to continuous improvement of learning solutions
You will contribute by:
- Developing and maintaining positive internal customer relationships by proactively gathering insights on their customer needs and helping them to identify how and whether learning can best support these needs
- Acting as a local ambassador for UCB’s global learning approach – sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge of UCB’s learning culture, its current status and developments with internal customers
- Updating internal customers on the latest relevant learning solutions available from the global Learning Experience team and possibilities to customize
- Coaching training managers on skill development in the areas of facilitation, project management, stakeholder engagement
- Attracting, selecting and developing training managers and rotation associates to meet the local business needs
- Identify specific learning needs where global solutions are unavailable and communicate this to the Head of Learning and Development for input and approval
- Collaborating with the global Learning Experience team in developing projects
- Working closely with the Learning Operations teams and inputting your expertise and advice towards the scaling and implementation of projects
- Ensuring continuous improvement in local learning solutions
- Working closely with Learning Operations to understand data-led insights on learning experiences in the region
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a learning and development role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven sales background and knowledge of disease states that align with UCBs current and future commercial business needs
- Experience implementing and coordinating multiple learning projects under global direction and/or in pharma environment is a plus
- Proven experience working directly with and supporting internal business partners in Immunology preferred
