SUMMARY
As the Paid Social Marketing Manager, you will produce and support paid social and digital media advertising campaigns on key social and digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Search, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Microsoft, and more for all product lines across The Skin Deep offering.

- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
- Allocate budgets and recommend modifications to ad spends.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify what results in the best performance.
- Optimize marketing budgets to improve the Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
- Test new platforms, channels and trends.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Return on Marketing Spend (ROMS)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by channel
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) by channel
90-DAY EXPECTATIONS
- Bring the current USA paid search work in house
- Improve the ROAS and ROMS for USA, German, Mexican and UK markets
- Help in the selection of an agency for localization in Mexican market
STRATEGIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Fill the top of the funnel with qualified traffic to grow the business and community
- Direct and manage paid performance on various digital channels to achieve goals and ROI targets
- Measure and evaluate success of social media advertising campaigns to inform investment decisions
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Targeting and segmentation of audience to drive qualified traffic into the funnel.
- Evaluating the performance of each channel, each segment, and each SKU to make necessary adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Defining, measuring, executing, and optimizing campaign performance and gathering applicable insights that inform campaign changes.
- Consistently monitor web reporting dashboards and other reporting tools.
- Source and implement the most effective keywords, measure keyword performance and optimize campaigns based on them.
- Research competitive set and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and accordingly set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand.
- Manage ad placements, target the relevant interests and topics and use Google’s in-market audiences for search ads.
- Use multi-touch attribution to track touchpoints across the funnel, which will help maximize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign effectiveness.
- Develop hypotheses and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing to recommend optimizations.
- Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers
- Explore new marketing opportunities such as social media channels, apps, ad formats, etc.
- Scope out and identify new platforms, tools and systems to improve performance
- Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-4 years of experience executing paid advertising efforts to drive website purchases, app installs, etc
- 3-4 years of experience planning and executing paid marketing campaigns on various online platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Google AdWords, etc.
- Expertise in search-SEM marketing; basic understanding of all digital media subject areas

- Expert level knowledge with FB ad manager, Adwords, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.

- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and efficient time-management skills
