This is an exciting opportunity in Galesburg, MI or remote possibility for a Technical Trainer Instructor- Senior.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
• Utilize the LMS system (BlueVolt) to manage students, class enrollments, completions, and other administrative duties
• Identify LMS system gaps and improvements for administrators and students
• Train students and admins on the LMS system
• Manage training kit shipments and work with carriers on any shipping related issues
• Maintain training materials, including kits, presentations and student workbooks
• Manage invoices, refunds, and reconciliation. Report training revenue monthly
• Work with the Service and Sales team to identify customer training opportunities and strategy
• Set and achieve yearly training revenue goal targets

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, University or equivalent technical experience required
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience that may include: delivery of training, developing training for products, managing trainings, etc
• Familiarity with a LMS system
• Knowledge of transmissions
• Must be able to travel up to 90%

Compensation and Benefits

Education, Licenses, Certifications
• College, university or equivalent technical experience required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.
