Responsibilities:
- Primary telephone receptionist (non a receptionist area)
- Intake mail and ensure it gets to the right desks
- Assist with all company travel bookings
- Help accounting and operations with some filing when they work remotely
- Updating client and lead information for company executives
- Updating project files to maintain contact lists
- CRM maintenances, mail filing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
