We are looking for a talented Engineering Services Materials Manager to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business based in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure material needed for engine builds and development work is delivered on-time
• Scheduling and prioritizing team workload in alignment with program needs
• Ensuring robust material management processes are in place to maintain security of hardware and inventory accuracy
• Resolve issues for domestic and international shipments, including customs delays and other transportation-related problems
• Help develop new processes and tools to support and advance global materials strategy
• Requires strong conflict management and arbitration skills
• Role will have direct reports
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience in an industrial setting preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
