DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Scheduling Manager to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Supply Chain in North Charleston, SC

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Establish, manage, and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule for selected items or family of products.
• Analyze the demand and supply balance at product family, part number, and sub-assembly levels as appropriate.
• Determine the impact of daily customer orders and adjusts the daily production schedule to ensure maximum order fulfillment.
• Work with external and internal cross functional stakeholders to develop and implement short and mid-term tactical improvements.
• Comply with communication plans and processes to ensure stakeholders’ needs are met.
• Ensure common processes are being utilized and internal controls are in place.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Optimizes work processes – Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Customer focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Detailed Capacity Planning – Converts and translates the Master Production Schedule into detailed resource requirements resulting in optimized internal capacity utilization and identified constraints; negotiates changes to the schedule or available resources when demand exceeds demonstrated or installed capacity with a focus on meeting Available-to-Promise (ATP) dates; considers different options such as overtime, adding a shift or headcount, etc. to increase capacity during periods of constraint.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
