RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage an integrated marketing strategy across all channels. Create channel strategy and clarify the voice and personality of each channel.
- Bring the brand positioning to life across all marketing content and customer touchpoints in partnership with our internal creative team.
- Keep abreast of industry and marketing trends to help guide and shape future marketing innovation and strategies.
- Work in strong partnership with the creative team to refine the creative briefing process for the development of assets throughout the marketing funnel.
- Develop fresh and compelling content throughout the year, pulsing at key cultural moments
- Work closely with Growth marketing to create strategies and assets that support the unique customer journeys of each key customer segment.
- Identify the right strategic brand partners to drive awareness and acquisition and co-create mutually beneficial marketing plans.
- Conduct and create immersive brand and in field activations in partnership with PR and Operations with a focus on user generated content and amplification through micro communities and broader PR amplification
- Develop and manage branding strategy for social in connection with Talent and other Influencers vis a vis seasonal campaign messages
- Drive Marketing Communications Plan development and budget allocation process.
- Partner with key functional owners to align on key marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Review progress and report on ROI.
- Forecast budget and reallocate funds as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of marketing and brand experience in a relevant industry fast-pace, high growth start-up environment, preferred.
- Personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand
- Track record of building high performing teams
