Job Description

Premier Talent Partners is looking for a HR Project Manager to join our client’s company – a renowned Social Media platform! This role is being offered in a 100% remote capacity and will support our client’s New York City, NY office. This individual will join a team dedicated to advancing the careers of individuals within the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key partner to the Workforce & Talent Strategy team as the project manager responsible for the end-to-end set up of new locations identified through location strategy work
  • Establish and scale best practices for project management for the location strategy team, in partnership with the Operations Lead
  • Create and manage project plans to ensure deadlines are met, potential roadblocks and risks are anticipated, escalated, and solved for, and quality and alignment across programs are delivered
  • Ensure the proper stakeholders are involved appropriately, based on the DACIN decision-making model
  • Facilitate alignment on project plans, leverage functional expertise, and drive timely execution of deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with the cross-functional leads to set up their processes for success, including tracking against project plans, capturing notes and action items in key meetings, and regularly sending out status reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct post project/program evaluations in partnership with the workforce strategy team, including capturing relevant, timely feedback and incorporating successes and areas for improvement into future iterations of the programs
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s of Arts/Sciences in related area of study
  • Minimum 6-8 years related work experience, preferably in both project management and change management
  • Experience with location setup preferred
  • Familiar with HR program/project management in a complex multi-functional and global environment
  • Comfortable communicating directly with cross-functional partners, including effective conflict management, prioritizing and managing stakeholder requests, in addition to presenting to groups at all levels and the ability to answer questions with poise and confidence, while relating in an approachable manner
  • At ease leading development and execution of communication plans, communication collateral, training, and change adoption strategies
  • Prior involvement with developing, drafting, and managing complex workflows, planning and coordinating across multiple delivery teams and against aggressive timelines
  • Experienced in assisting in retrospectives, feedback gathering, and data analysis to drive proactive planning for future development
