Job Description
We are looking for a talented Test Bench Designer Stacks to join our team specializing in hydrogen fuel cell power systems technology for our #NewPower Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Perform established technical tasks across many steps in the product life cycle.
* Act as a central point of coordination and decision making between product engineers, product line engineers, customer teams, purchasing, suppliers and manufacturing.
* Investigates product problems, understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate action, owns problem resolution and documents results.
* Owns problem resolutions for complex components, products, systems, and subsystems.
* Executes and provides feedback on DOE (Design of Experiments).
* Process and analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
* Technical hands-on experience in developing testing benches to validate process conditions.
* Previous experience with data analysis and report writing.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to learn new processes and technology.
* Experience in data gathering through data acquisition systems is an asset.
