Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a talented Payroll Processing Analyst. This role is based in Nashville, TN with 100% remote work available and periodic travel post pandemic.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Payroll Administration and translating company policies, tax and legislative requirements in the delivery of accurate and timely employee payments and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal control procedures, and performing review and triage of daily Globalview error logs
• Loading and completing validation of Globalview/SAP SSL’s (manual uploads)
• Running Globalview/SAP simulation payrolls for pre-processing validation of master data
• Processing payroll weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly on cycle and daily off cycle, as required for multiple payroll areas

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience processing payroll using an in-house payroll system such as ADP Globalview or SAP
• Demonstrated analytical skills to identify issues and resolutions
• The ability to work flexible working hours as needed
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
