Job Description
Starting Wage: $16.13 per hour, depending on qualifications
Hours: Part Time up to 25 hours per week
Location: Vacancies in Bremerton and Silverdale
Would you like to save and change lives by being the first responder during emergencies, accidents, incidents, and behavioral concerns in the facility? As the Manager on Duty, you will oversee branch operations and administration by ensuring staff and members are in compliance with all YMCA policies and practices, supervising branch staff, and responding to emergencies and member incidents.

If hired for this position you will walk through the entire facility on an ongoing basis to ensure safety guidelines and cleanliness standards are maintained and member’s needs are being met. Open and/or close the facility following proper procedures. You will support staff by providing breaks and assist staff as needed, support the Membership desk and Welcome Center, and respond to facility maintenance needs in an appropriate manner.
Are you a good fit?

- You have current CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, AED, Oxygen and YMCA or American Red Cross Lifeguarding certifications.
- You have a high school degree or equivalent.
- You have a positive attitude and previous experience working with diverse populations.
- You have demonstrated maturity, sound judgement and decision making skills.
- You have knowledge and experience leading and/or supervising people.
