Full-Time PEM Fuel Cell – H2 Test Development Lead – 21000101
Job Description
We are looking for a talented PEM Fuel Cell H2 Development Lead to join our team specializing in hydrogen fuel cell power systems technology for our #NewPower Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Develop and manage test and validation procedures for H2 fuel management of PEM Fuel cell power modules.
* Work with component specialists to determine testing requirements.
* Design, build, and maintain test benches to conduct the tests.
* Manage a small team to conduct the testing.
* Support to system level testing and development.
* Create and maintain test bench schematics and documentation (electrical, process, calibration, operation and safety, etc.)
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.
* Minimum five years of experience in a similar role with two years in leading small teams.
* Experience with gaseous fuel system components (H2, CNG, LPG) highly preferred.
* Hands on testing experience required.
* Knowledge of PEM Fuel Cell Hydrogen Subsystem is an asset.
* Prior experience in a global matrix organization in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
