Job Description

Premier Talent Partners is looking for a qualified Sales Recruiter to join our internal team! Our recruiters play a critical role in the Talent identification and acquisition process. The Sales Recruiter is responsible for keeping a full pipeline of talent and recommending qualified profiles to clients. Recruiters will source in and out of Premier’s internal systems, assist with profile buffing and provide preparations for the interview process. The Sales Recruiter will foster strong relationships with past applicants and passive talent for future opportunities while building the Premier brand. This position is 100% remote and open to nationwide candidates. PLEASE NOTE: This role is not eligible for sponsorship for work-related Visas.

Responsibilities:

Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong pool of sales talent so client hiring managers can find their next hire
  • Partner with Talent Team to ensure all active jobs have ample talent recommendations in Premier’s recruiting system
  • Document Talent interactions, data and all communication is stored in Premier’s recruiting system
  • Grow and maintain a strong network by attending recruiting industry events (virtual networking events, webinars, job fairs, career days, in-house recruitment events)
  • Source talent in Premier’s recruiting system and utilizing external recruiting tools
  • Review matches in Premier’s recruiting system and recommend talent to open jobs
  • Prompt and professional communications at all stages of recruiting cycle
  • If necessary, book client interviews and triage scheduling complications between talent & clients
  • Prepare talent for client interviews, debrief with talent post-interview
  • Assist in delivering offers between Clients & Talent
  • Navigate challenging conversations (rate and salary negotiations, assignments ending, no-shows) with talent
  • Provide full coverage for team members when they are out of the office
  • Consistent achievement of KPIs
  • Work with a team of Sourcers to supplement pipeline for roles

Talent Success Responsibilities: 

  • Book and conduct verifying calls to curate and buff Talent profiles in Premier’s recruiting system
  • Utilize resources to contact potential talent through email, video interview and text
  • Assist Talent with buffing their profile and provide recommendations on their profile in order to ensure robust profile development and matching
  • Educate Talent on Premier’s recruiting system, including how the platform functions and how they can use it to assist in their job search

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ yrs of proven experience successfully placing sales talent in an agency and/or corporate setting
  • Proficient in Talent sourcing and growing Talent pools
  • Knowledgeable about HR practices and laws and how to apply in the recruiting process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen well and understand/articulate Talent needs
  • Proven exemplary customer service skills with an empathetic, positive attitude
  • Passion for recruiting and a desire to consistently out-perform metrics and goals
  • Confident and resilient personality with the tenacity to succeed and stay positive
  • Proficient with Google Apps, Excel, Social Media, and LinkedIn

Schedule 

This is a full-time, remote, salaried exempt position. The typical work week will be Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, working an expected 40+ hours/week.
