We are currently hiring for the position of:
Digital Product Manager
The Digital Product Manager will provide oversight and product management for TIFF’s customer-facing digital ecosystem for the 2021 film festival. This includes tiff.net, digital TIFF Bell Lightbox, our email templates, and associated apps.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Management against Festival ’21 deliverables for web, including oversight of development efforts on tiff.net environment
- Management of Festival digital content delivery for onsales and schedule launch
- Participation in customer journey mapping definition from Consideration and Purchase phases
- Audit process management for tiff.net, digital Lightbox, and digital Lightbox Pro
- Implementation of digital hygiene principles around AODA audits, SEO improvement, and site uptime
- Digital streaming platform administration as required
- Process documentation as required
CONTRACT DATES OR START DATE:
- April 19 – September 30 2021
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary education in business or technical field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management or product management
- Project management certification an asset, but not required
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
- Experience managing external & internal clients in addition to multiple third-party vendors
- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
