We are currently hiring for the position of:

Digital Product Manager

The Digital Product Manager will provide oversight and product management for TIFF’s customer-facing digital ecosystem for the 2021 film festival. This includes tiff.net, digital TIFF Bell Lightbox, our email templates, and associated apps.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Management against Festival ’21 deliverables for web, including oversight of development efforts on tiff.net environment
  • Management of Festival digital content delivery for onsales and schedule launch
  • Participation in customer journey mapping definition from Consideration and Purchase phases
  • Audit process management for tiff.net, digital Lightbox, and digital Lightbox Pro
  • Implementation of digital hygiene principles around AODA audits, SEO improvement, and site uptime
  • Digital streaming platform administration as required
  • Process documentation as required

 

CONTRACT DATES OR START DATE:

  • April 19 – September 30 2021

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education in business or technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in project management or product management
  • Project management certification an asset, but not required
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
  • Experience managing external & internal clients in addition to multiple third-party vendors
  • Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
